Ingredients:

For the yoghurt: 1 L whole milk 1 starter culture

For the compôte: 1 banana 200g strawberries 4 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation:

Banana and strawberry compôte Crush the fruit, then add the sugar and boil on a low heat until a compôte consistency has been reached. Let the mixture cool down.

Yoghurt Use a large bowl to blend the milk (room temperature) gently with the starter culture.

As one option, put a large tablespoon of the compôte into each glass and add the milk and starter mixture without stirring it in. Alternatively, the compôte, milk and starter mixture may also be blended before being put into the glasses. In this way, a very pleasant balance between yoghurt and compôte can be achieved.

A commercially available, ready-made compôte may, of course, also be used.
