Chocolate yoghurt

Ingredients:

For the yoghurt: 1 L whole milk 1 starter culture

For the chocolate: 5 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation:

Chocolate: Gently blend the milk (lukewarm) with the starter culture. Then add the cocoa powder and whisk thoroughly until the powder has completely dissolved.

Yoghurt: Put the mixture in the glasses and place them in the SEVERIN yoghurt maker.

High-grade cocoa powder can be dissolved directly in cold milk.
