Macadamia nut and caramel yoghurt

Ingredients:
For the yoghurt: 1 L whole milk 1 starter culture
For the ice cream: 200g ice cream (vanilla, macadamia nut and caramel flavours)
Preparation:
Ice cream: Allow the ice cream to melt.
Yoghurt: Gently blend the milk with the starter culture. Add the melted ice-cream and whisk briskly.
Put the mixture in the glasses and place them in the SEVERIN yoghurt maker.
Any type of ice-cream may be used. However, the best results can be achieved when using strong-flavoured ice-creams (caramel, mint-chocolate, etc).
