Mango yoghurt

Ingredients:

For the yoghurt: 1 L whole milk 1 starter culture

Mango: ½ mango 3 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation:

Mango: Peel the mango, crush it and sprinkle with sugar, before putting equal amounts in the yoghurt glasses.

Yoghurt: Gently blend the milk with the starter culture and pour it over the crushed mango. Do not stir until just before serving.

Place the glasses into the SEVERIN yoghurt maker.

Because of the natural fruit acid content, this yoghurt does not keep for very long and should be consumed as soon as possible.
