Yoghurt with honey and roasted almonds

Ingredients:

For the yoghurt: 1 L whole milk 1 starter culture

For the honey and roasted almonds: 5 tbsp liquid honey 30 roasted almonds (unsalted)

Preparation:

Honey and roasted almonds: Divide the liquid honey and the roasted almonds evenly among the glasses.

Yoghurt: Gently blend the milk with the starter culture. Put the mixture in the glasses and place them in the SEVERIN yoghurt maker.

Maple syrup may also be use instead of honey.
